Work-Life Balance

vhk.laif bah.lunh.ce

The level of balance or healthy prioritization that people are able to strike/achieve between their personal and professional lives and responsibilities.

While remote working offers certain advantages for an organisation: flexible work hours and reduced costs, it also brings a set of challenges for employees: reduced human interaction, constant availability and blurred personal and professional lines.

Millennials are projected to take up 75% of the workforce by 2025 (Forbes) and leaders are putting in significant effort to retain talent by defining the very meaning of work-life balance. A one-size-fits-all approach isn’t ideal given the evolving needs of employees. Enabling flexible working hours, a hybrid model, prioritizing a healthy culture and offering opportunities for professional growth is crucial for organisations to help employees achieve the perfect work-life balance.
