Learning Management Systems

An LMS is a software application that is used to create and share learning content across an organisation. It allows the user to store, create and/or take e-learning courses, and evaluate results.
Teaching via an LMS reduces employee travel, minimizes the usage of facilities and reduces overall expenditure. A large perk of an LMS system is the ability to track progress and deliver consistent training opportunities at a single source. Previously L&D programs focused on a specific technical or soft skill. But as of today, there is an increasing need in the holistic development of the workforce as it improves overall productivity.
